Whether your organization has merged with another, has acquired or has been acquired, or perhaps is consolidating their operations, employee volunteer engagement remains the backbone to culture and to connections to community. But oftentimes our voice becomes silenced in the myriad of day-to-day operations.  Change is the only constant, and through intentional and thoughtful volunteer engagement programs our cultures finally began to align. During this session, you’ll learn how to re-establish your voice for CSR, and specifically volunteer engagement programs during a time of great change; how to re-build and establish new relationships within a new organization to identify CSR champions; and how to influence decisions through patience coupled with tenacity.
