This workshop will dive into seven key areas to help volunteer managers manage up and down. Those areas will include definitions of managing up or down; the importance of self-reflection in becoming a better manager; facing a challenge with your boss; communication; identifying volunteer advocates in the organization; self-responsibility for managing up; and holding a managing up and managing down conversation.
