Dear Sarah:

As I sit in the eerily quiet French Quarter of New Orleans, your sage advice fills me with inspiration.  The New Orleans Musicians Clinic must keep our 2600+ patients ALIVE, we must feed them, we must advocate to overcome disparity and we have to keep the funds rolling in to support this mission. Thank you so much for being a beacon of hope.
