The 2020 Points of Light Conference Online Experience will begin with our opening session, “Disruption and Innovation in the Civic Century,” on Wednesday, June 10 at 2 p.m. EDT, which will include a very special welcome message. The opening session will be followed by three keynote presentations from Bob Johansen of the Institute for the Future; Larry Keeley of Doblin; and David Brooks of the Aspen Institute’s WEAVE: The Social Fabric Project. Additionally, a series of workshop sessions begin at 12 noon EDT on Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12. View the full agenda. All sessions are held in eastern daylight time.
All sessions will broadcast at the times listed on the conference agenda. From June 10 – 12, if you enter a session after the start time, you will join the session as it is already in progress. After June 12, recordings of each of the sessions will be available on-demand. This offers you the flexibility to return to the Points of Light Community to view sessions again, or view ones you may have missed. Viewing access will be available at no cost through August 31, 2020.
We invite you to download the mobile app to stay abreast of conference news and announcements, and network with other conference attendees. While on the app you can create a personal profile, engage with other participants play the interactive game, use the official conference hashtag #PointsofLight20 to post to social media through the activity wall and rate your sessions.
