Can I watch the workshops on something other than a computer?
Yes, you can view the online experience from your mobile device, tablet, iPad, etc. Simply log on to the online experience by visiting from your device.
Can I use any web browser?
For the best viewing experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser. 

Where can I find previously viewed videos?

You can use the search bar for all or a portion of the session title or presenter name and you will find the content in the results.

 The video is unable to play.
Please try to refresh your web browser. If the video still does not play, we recommend switching to another browser such as Google Chrome. If you are using Google Chrome or the problem still persists, please try using Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge as your web browser.
My video is buffering. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this?
This is likely due to your internet bandwidth. We recommend you pause the video for a few minutes to allow it to load and catch up, then press play.
If I leave the watch link and go back later, will it pick up where I left off?
The video will not automatically save your watch time. You will need to manually choose the video you were previously watching from the on-demand library. If you are planning on leaving the watch link, make a note of who you were watching and where you left off so you can come back at your convenience.
The video is playing but there is no sound.
Ensure your device controls or audio panel is unmuted. 
Will need to check with tech team on a recommendation. Once the videos are tested, and there is not global audio issue, it may be specific to the machine/device. 
Will the broadcast and workshops be available in any language besides English?
The 2020 Points of Light Conference Online Experience will be broadcast in English. 
How do I find the mobile app and the event in the app store?
Download the AttendeeHub app from the iOS or Google Play Store by searching for Points of Light Conference and use the abbreviation pointsoflight20. 
How do I login to the mobile app?
Click the “Login for more features” button in the top left corner, and enter your first and last name. Check your email or text for the verification code. Once you have logged in, you will not need the verification code again. 
My verification code isn’t working or is expired.
