The Minnesota Alliance for Volunteer Advancement (MAVA) is hosting the second annual Dismantling Inequities Conference on December 9 & 10, 2021. The conference is held virtually and will present upon MAVA's foundation of doing antiracism work.

This year's conference highlights the connection between racism and other volunteerism barriers, such as ableism, ageism, homophobia, anti-semitism, etc. This conference is live and interactive. This event will allow folks to connect and engage through intentional and thought-provoking dialogue on the intersections of race with other "isms" including sessions of the "unconference" style format and networking opportunities.

This conference is unlike any other as it propels attendees to create action plans to dismantle inequities within their scope of work, the field of volunteerism, and their communities.

Cost - Regular rate is open until November 26: $175 for members, $275 for nonmembers, $105 for AmeriCorps members. Special Offer for Non-Members with One-Year Individual MAVA Membership: $250.
